REFUND POLICY

At Bettle Software, we strive to deliver high-quality software and web development services. Because of the nature of digital goods and custom labor, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Custom Development Services (Web & Software)
  • Deposits: An upfront deposit is required for all custom projects. This deposit is non-refundable once work (including research, wireframing, or coding) has commenced.
  • Cancellations: If you choose to terminate a project mid-development, you will be billed for the labor hours completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance from your payments will be refunded.
  1. Digital Products & Subscriptions
  • Downloadable Code/Themes: Due to the easily replicable nature of digital downloads, sales of pre-packaged software, themes, or plugins are final and non-refundable unless the product is proven to be fundamentally defective and our support team cannot fix it.
  • Maintenance Retainers: Monthly maintenance plans can be canceled at any time. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
